I love sweets, I could spend everyday eating them and never be unhappy about it. So why not start of this whole blog-y thing with food (ok the first post was about a dog but lets not rest our minds to long on that).I adore creampuffs because they are very simple to make and can be served in a million diffrent ways. The one above has lemon pastry creme inside along with a gaggle of strwberries. For bastille day I made them with chantilly cream and blackberries.
